Хронический эндометрит (ХЭ) – это стойкое воспаление слизистой оболочки эндометрия, которое может привести к бесплодию и различным формам репродуктивных нарушений. Диагноз ХЭ основан на различных гистологических критериях, главным из которых является наличие стромальных плазматических клеток, однако стандартизированные методы их оценки все еще остаются неопределенными. В данном обзоре обсуждены современные подходы к верификации плазмоцитов в эндометрии, а также методы ее объективизации с помощью различных иммуногистохимических маркеров и методов, основанных на применении искусственного интеллекта.
